The Wagyu Health Advantage

Wagyu isn’t just a luxury taste experience; it’s a nutritional powerhouse. Raised slowly and ethically on our mineral-rich paddocks, Tassie Wagyu naturally contains significantly higher levels of monounsaturated fats (including oleic acid, the heart-healthy fat found in olive oil) compared to conventional beef. It’s premium beef with exceptional marbling, melt-in-your-mouth tenderness, and a naturally superior health profile.

With natural, high quality genetics we strive to produce wagyu beef with a rating of MBS7+ or higher.

Enjoy world-class steak knowing you are fuelling your body with the cleanest meat on the planet.

Ethical
Processing

Our cattle mature slowly on pasture. Once ready, they are ethically processed and expertly butchered.

*The deposit of $100 (non-refundable) secures your place for this year’s allocation.
At harvest, you’ll be invoiced for 50% of the balance due. This is based on an estimate of 220kgs per whole animal and a per kilogram price of $35 (whole), $36 (half) and $37 (quarter).
You will receive a final invoice depending on the final weight of your order, less the deposits paid.
**Your shipping contribution will be calculated and added to your final invoice.

Tassie Wagyu is registered with MLA (Meat and Livestock Australia) who monitor how our cattle are cared for through slaughter to allow for and maintain the best quality meat.
